Is there a listing of which sections of spectrum are used by different industries/companies?

I only have a vague sense of who is using what, verizon has something in the 700 MHz band, AT&T, no clue, Sprint seems to have some 800 MHz - 1900 MHz, and uses 2500 MHz from clearwire....

But when they list that, what is the range? 700-710 MHz? it's all a clouded mess.
