Windows 8 Dual Boot Selection Screen

Microsoft thought they'd be smart with Windows 8 and update the way you switch between operating systems when dual booting. Instead of getting a black and white bios screen for switching OS's, you have to wait an extra 10 to 15 seconds for the GUI to pop up, asking you which OS you'd like to boot into. If you select Windows 8, the OS boots quick enough so it isn't a big deal. However, when you select Windows 7 it reboots the computer and then loads Windows 7, instead of just loading it after that GUI screen. Anyone who is dual booting between Windows 7 and Windows 8 will know what I'm talking about. Microsoft tried to make the OS selection screen pretty, but really just ended up adding at least 20 seconds to the boot time of Windows 7. It's incredibly annoying and makes dual booting a bit of a hassle.
