Win7x64 WMC Save guide setup?

This is one that I've always had issues with, and although I've searched a few times I've never found a solution for... so I figure I'll ask TheVerge world:

I'm using a custom built HTPC, with Win7x64, and a Ceton InfiniTV 4 (cable card) and Comcast.

I sometimes use the networked tuner feature to share a tuner with another computer in the office, but it's not a regular ongoing thing (mostly so I can watch something non-retarded when my GF wants to watch whatever crap she watches on the TV). Dedicating the single tuner permanently is kinda overkill, and removes one tuner from the HTPC. This is how I've had it setup for a few months now, and every once and a while I'll run into 3 tuners not being enough for the HTPC. Between recording about 15 series and watching something I hit the limit every now and then. So I'll get the on the fly popup and have to decide to either not watch what I want right at the moment or miss a recording on a series or whatever. Make sense?

Anyone have hints/tips/tricks for a way to swap this config back and forth without a bunch of guide issues?

After editing the tuners you have to run the setup again, which starts you over with a blank slate. Which isn't all that bad, as it just takes a few minutes, however... I really dig the ability to setup the guide to hide the channels I don't subscribe to, and that goes away... making anytime I would do this require me going through each channel one by one to enable/disable the ones I actually want.

So I guess depending on capabilities, if anyone knows how to save the guide configuration, share/unshare a tuner without having to setup the tuners via WMC again, or any other clever workaround would be most welcomed.

Purchasing another Ceton card has crossed my mind, but also seems overkill at this point.
