What type of case will you use on your iPad 3?

Hey everyone. First post here on The Verge. Was a long-time reader of Engadget before AOL took over. Then shifted my daily tech blog website to ThisIsMyNext, now onto Verge. Love this staff.

Anyway, as you all know, Apple is scheduled to announce their new iPad 3/HD this Wednesday. I for one will be getting it on launch day whenever that may be (hopefully the following Friday).

I'm not sure if this has been answered on the Apple Core forums yet, but I thought I would create a thread on it.

What type of case do you plan on using for your new iPad 3?

Based on the early mockups and leaked images, it's going to be relatively the same physically, besides maybe a little added thickness, which I don't mind the least bit.

Previously, on my iPad and iPad 2, I've normally used book-style cases. I had the Incase Convertible Book Jacket for my iPad 1 as well as my iPad 2. Then, I bought another book-style case for my iPad 2, the Pad & Quill Octavo. I very much liked all the book style cases, but now I want something different.

I was going to get the Smart Cover when it came out, but decided otherwise because, for one, I wanted a leather one but didn't feel like spending $60 for it to protect just my screen.

Apparently Apple is working on releasing a similar case to the Smart Cover but with a protective backing attached to it.

So, what type of case do you plan on using? Also, is it due to the way you use it? Perhaps because of your kids who use it or for work/school.
