I always wondered that there's not a built-in way to back up the app data in Android Devices, yesterday I was looking for a back up method other than apps like titanium and mybackup pro, and I found this tutorial .. and I just wanted to share it with you.

So the method is built in ICS, but the PC app isn't available ..
