keep Focus S or switch to Lumia 900? help.

So I found my self in the fortunate scenario of owning a Focus S and also having the opportunity to grab a Lumia 900 with my Dads ATT upgrade.

I really like the Focus S. No complaints... But hell, its the Lumia 900.... Should I switch? Does anyone see a downside?
