Google+ Redesign Thoughts
So I figured I'd start off this post by saying that I generally like the new Google+ redesign that has just begun rolling out. However, I have one major issue with it, and that is how it looks on high resolution displays. I run a 1920x1080 display. The new Google+ spans the entire width of the screen. However, the feed content does not. This results in a rather large, and unsightly chunk of white space in between the feed and navigation on the left, and the chat box on the right. Below I've attached what Google+ looks like for me now, and how I think it should look. Personally I'd rather have empty grey space on either side, rather than distracting white space right in the middle. Thoughts? Would you change it in a different way?
