Credit for customers who bought the 900 outright?

So far I've been reading that people who bought the Lumia 900 on AT&T and Rogers will receive a $100 credit on their next bill. Well, what happens to those individuals who bought the phone outright from these sources and use the phone on another network, hence not an AT&T or Rogers customer?
