Amazon Top Rated phones dominated by WP devices
At the time of writing this, the top five highest rated phones on Amazon are all Windows Phone devices, with Samsung's Galaxy Note in sixth. Among the top ten phones, six are WP devices, and among the top twenty, nine are.
For phones that have been berated for their low specs and an OS that has been similarly berated for being ugly, this is quite astonishing, imo.
Interpreting this can obviously be done in a lot of ways, but my take would be that seeing that Amazon buyers are generally less tech-savvy than phone forum dwellers, the ease of use and fluidity of the OS are prime factors for the phones' popularity and the lower amount of available apps count less negative.
How would you guys interpret these figures?
