How do YOU put the battery cover on the GNex (And more!)

I emphasized the 'you' because I want to know how you, as a individual, go about replacing the back cover of the phone. Every time I do it, I feel like someone at Samsung is laughing at me and thinking, "you're doing it wrong."

Another question, does every android phone have to reboot when you put the sim card in? That is kind of annoying...
