Charms Bar in Windows Phone 8
As we all know, Windows 8 relies heavily on the charms bar. Personally, that is not a bad concept; however, it would be nice to see that implemented into Windows Phone 8. I have heard complaints, and have experienced, mistaken taps of the three capacitive touch buttons located at the bottom of every Windows Phone handset. Also, the buttons take up room that could otherwise be used for the screen.
A simple, elegant, and relevant solution to this would be to add the same charms bar as seen in Windows 8, to Windows Phone 8. The idea of it would be the same, as the user would swipe up, beginning from the bottom of the handset (bellow the screen), to the physical screen. Then, the same charms buttons seen in Windows 8 would be available on the bar.
I know some people would argue that the actual buttons are necessary to kill lagging apps, but from what I've experienced, they can't as the capacitive buttons don't react to touch when the system is frozen.
TL:DR - Remove the capacitive buttons on Windows Phone 8, add a charms bar.
