Florian Mueller (of FOSS Patents) works for Oracle as a paid analyst

Florian Mueller has repeatedly reported on the Oracle vs Google case from an 'independent' perspective. I applaud Florian for his disclosure, but he typically comes off as painting doom and gloom for Google; especially when it is in regard to his clients (Microsoft and now, Oracle). He states this relationship was originally to begin well after the court proceedings, but due to various delays in the case, it is occurring right at the start. This still means that this deal was in place long ago (which he openly discloses).
