I need help with my HTC Trophy

I have an HTC Trophy on Verizon. I actually exchanged the first one for another one. The reason is because the music players kept stopping in the middle of a song. It wasn't one application. All of my music applications did this (Zune, Slacker, Last Fm) Verizon customer wasn't able to help me. They suggested soft resents.But I said to myself, this is a windows phone, not and android phone that has to have the battery constantly taken out to ensure performance. I read that witt might be conflicting with an HTC SRS boost. I uninstalled it but still, the problem has not gone away. This has happenew on both devices. My wives Galaxy Continuum never crape out during slacker songs allthough otherwisebthe phone has to be constantly reset after freezing up during normal phone use. Any tips? I cant purchase any other phone on Verizon and don't want to change carriers because I have many siblings on family share package. Ps I own msft and nok stock
