I think more company will understand the importance of Design.
Beside Design, MSFT is also driving research work into product. Thus with the combine driving force of Research, Engineering and Design, I am sure they will produce more great products or ecosystem.
If only, they can understand branding and marketing better .... a big if ..... they will be a world beater again.
