Is The Tegra 3 in The HTC ONE X The same as the Transformer Prime?

Meaning could you compare This phone to the Tegra 3 thats in the Transformer Prime

Graphics/Gaming performance wise.

The reason i want to know is i saw some Kal El Tech Demos running on Tablets awhile ago

pretty impressive just want to know if i could experience games with that level of quality on a Phone

and not the Transformer Prime.

I have experienced the Galaxy Nexus wasn't very impressive will i see any better from

the HTC ONE X i know it's more powerful but it being android will it get any games that use it power like the

new Infinity Blade Dungeons which is IOS only sorry for bring outside crap into this but i can't find another example.

One other thing i never tested will u be able to run any roms made for an emu or just ones optimised for android

meaning if i got a PSX emu can i run any PSX roms i find on the net or just some that are optimised for the android device.
