The Future of Gaming
This is actually aimed more at The Verge staff than the entirety of the community, but I'm interested in your responses as well. I was wondering what will happen to The Verge's gaming sub-forum when Polygon launches? Or in the community's case, what should happen?
I assume stuff like the Minecraft server will be news to many Verge readers as well as Polygon readers -- so this begs the question, will they merge or be separate? How different are the VOX-owned channels and how will they work together exactly? Would it be redundant to have a gaming forum here and there, when in all likeliness, most people willing to chat on games will likely jump to Polygon's forums?
