OSX Anti-virus help
Hey guys,
I have a 2009 MacBook running 10.8. Recently I've been getting the blue spinning disc thing a lot, sometimes taking over a minute or so before it resolves whatever it's doing. After the Flashback thing - i've installed the update - I decided to download Avast anti-virus.
I've ran the scan, and it came back no viruses, but 100,000 instances of "Error 12 Cannot allocate memory."
Can anyone make sense of this? Is it a case that I just need to buy more memory, or have I got bigger problems than that?
I currently have 2.26GHZ Duel Core Duo processor with 2GB DDR Ram.
