Intel and Microsoft
Just a question that I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable might be able to answer. How difficult would it be for Microsoft to port Windows Phone to x86 and run on Medfield Atom?
I'm asking this assuming that apps written for current Windows Phones would work on x86 WPs as well. This is based off of my understanding of Android being ported to x86 as well. This assumption could be wrong.
Now I realize that Intel's Medfield platform could flop and I realize that there are probably a bunch of other reasons too why this is a dumb idea, but I'm mostly just asking how feasible the technical aspect of it is.
