Trying to get digital pictures from an old film camera

Hi

I recently received an old Kodak Retinette 1B, a film camera, which was handed down to me. I was wandering if anyone had any easy solution, or not so easy solutions of achieving digital pictures with it or if there was a quicker way that developing then scanning the pictures. My main goal is to be able to either see, or edit the pictures before they are developed/printed.
