Has anyone else had a new iPad that was impossible to activate Verizon 3G/LTE Data on ?
Recently received a new 32 gig Verizon iPad. After multiple tries to activate the Verizon data, and after multiple calls in to tech support ( Verizon), they were not able to trouble shoot it. Took it in to a Verizon store, where they were very nice, but after over one hour with their own tech support, they were totally unable to activate it. I know Apple will take care of it at their end, but I was told by Verizon they have just not seen this at all. Has anyone else had this issue ??
