Notifications toggle on for Mail.
Status update dialog in People.
Share contract for People.
Sharing from desktop apps via copy/paste of current selection.
OneNote metrofied (or at least given a Share contract)
Mouse scroll to zoom in Maps.
Pinned sites as separate entries in task switcher from Metro IE
Third-party metro apps I want to see soon:
Facebook and Twitter clients with metro Share contracts, "snapped" views, and toggleable notifications
