HBO Go on Xbox 360 now available to Comcast Xfinity subscribers
Comcast said that Xfinity customers with an Xbox 360 would have access to HBO Go beginning early this week, and it seems the cable provider has delivered on its word. A message from Microsoft's official Xbox Twitter account has just announced that the streaming app is now available to Comcast subscribers, and we're seeing numerous reports of successful user activations. You'll still need both an Xbox Live Gold membership and HBO subscription to take advantage of the service, but if you've got a backlog of Game of Thrones episodes to catch up on before diving into season two, head to the video apps marketplace section on your Xbox 360.
