8th gen ipod nano could change EVERYTHING

The ipod nano could really change everything. But It can only do that if it can merge some ideas from the pebble watch makers and nike fuel band and expand on those preliminary ideas. On kickstarter the pebble watch makers have over $7 million worth in pledges. There's a reason for that, the idea of having a watch be an extension of your phone and not just a watch that tells time.

Think....

iPod nano + Pebble Watch + Nike Fuel Band + Bluetooth 4.0 + mic + speaker + siri = Good Googamooga why haven't we done this.

A WATCH THAT'S MORE THAN A WATCH

A watch that monitors your vitals,a heart rate monitor, a pedometer and a calorie burn estimator. Its not a watch its a life band. A watch that lets you know someone is calling but gives you the option of answering it through the watch itself. Thanks to the advancement in Bluetooth 4.0 which you can now find in the new iPad the battery life is minimally affected by its use. Think about it, your sitting at home and your vacuuming or on a computer working on a project and your phone is in your bag ringing. no need to look for where you left it. you just tap the screen and answer, hands free. As a matter of fact you can initiate a call. "Siri: call Jessica" and Siri responds "calling Jessica". You can use Siri to call and text. Forget about Bluetooth headsets. Great thing is that this iPod nano would not be doing much processing its just a medium between you and the phone. And I believe in real use Siri would make more sense in these kind of uses.

LOOKING AT THE FUTURE

Imagine apple does come out with an iOS powered iTV. You use your watch as a remote control. Since you're not holding this new iPod nano in your hands like a phone it blends into your everyday life a lot easier. In fact this may be the best remote control ever. sometimes you don't want to speak so you can touch the screen for volume up and down channel up and down. you can type in Channel 157 on the touch screen. Home automation will evolve as well. the iPod nano would be able to communicate with the nest thermostat, control lighting etc., etc.

Well Apple probably wont make this but God I wish I could have a chat with Tim Cook and be like "Timothy... Timothy... look at me... let's make this happen bro."

Tell me I'm not crazy and you guys would love to have this?

I had mock ups but for some reason their not uploading. :(
