could i run a minecraft server off this?

And would i be able to run hamatchi on it?
I want to plug this thing into my wall, install hamatchi and the minecraft server files, and play with probably at most 3 friends at a time.
I don't want to have to leave my real computer on. And i know about all those things like servercraft and treepuncher. I'd just rather not pay monthly, thanks!
