Macro Tripods

Ok, so I'm looking for a tripod that can help with my macro stuff, so basically one which can get it's legs quite low to the ground.

I already have a tripod, but that one is about to break and plus, it's legs don't get far down enough.

Does anyone have any recommendations on tripods with these kind of features, I'm also on a super tight budget, so £75 would be the max I'd spend.
