Major Points:
Great Display infact the best display I have ever seen coming from SGS2, iphone 4s, Galaxy Nexus and Note.
Build quality feels nice in the hand and overall it feels great to hold it in hand, stare at it all the time.

Major Cons:
Battery life and camera quality are big letdowns in my opinion. Camera is not great compared to 4S or samsung high end phones although the new camera software rocks. Battery life is crazy low if you use the phone normally.

Sense is toned down a bit and provides some nice features compared to stock Android. But this has it's drawbacks as well making the device little sluggish at times.

Wrap Up:
Overall it's a great device and definitely recommend. When it comes to high end Android it's either this or the SGS3.
