In February Canon introduced a trio of new lenses, including two wide-angle primes: the 24mm f/2.8 IS USM and the 28mm f/2.8 IS USM. Online retailer B&H now has both EF-mount lenses for pre-order, citing June 17th as the expected availability date. Both lenses feature image stabilization and ultrasonic auto-focusing, with the 24mm prime priced at $849.99 and the 28mm model coming in at $799.99. Amazon also has the 24mm lens for pre-order, though no release date is listed. While availability dates should be considered estimates until the lenses actually ship, if you'd like to get in line you can place your order for either model now.
