HTC says that it has completed the review process with US customs, and that "HTC devices have been released, as they are in compliance with the ITC's ruling." The company's One X and Evo 4G LTE phones were the first to face an import delay at US customs back on May 15th for potentially infringing an Apple patent, though HTC said some of its delayed phones were released to consumers on the 20th. HTC says that "future shipments should continue to enter the US" and it's "confident that we will soon be able to meet the demand for our products." It's not clear yet if the company's workarounds to Apple patents helped its case with customs, but in any event there are probably plenty of future One X and Evo 4G LTE owners that are just happy for such an unusual delay to finally be over.
