Which one to get: Sony A65 or Sony A57?

Sony A65 vs. Sony A57
So basically are an OLED viewfinder, GPS, & (unneeded) 24mp sensor worth the extra $200? Of course there's more to the A65 than those 3 features. image quality between the two, ISO performance, etc.
