SGSIII Confirmed for June 20th in Canada
Today you can expect a great deal of Samsung Galaxy S III news. Rogers went live with a countdown timer to possibly pre-order, and now Quebec-based regional carrier Videotron has confirmed the earlier rumours of a June 20th release. They have posted a sign up page that states “Samsung Galaxy S III – The new Galaxy is coming June 20th.”
So there you have it, still no word on price, but Canada will have the GS III in 3 weeks!

Fascinating. Best Buy Canada has posted the Galaxy S III on their site with both the standard pre-order price of $50, plus various carrier 3-year term pricing. The 3-year prices currently ranges from $149.99 to $169.99. Rogers is priced at $149.99, while TELUS and Virgin are at $159.99, and SaskTel is on top with $169.99. Until the carriers come out with their official pricing this is still somewhat “unconfirmed.” In addition, we’re hearing that the no-term pricing is $649.99
