When I first saw an article on Android Police titled "The Samsung Galaxy S III - First smartphone designed by lawyers", this was my reaction:
But after going through, I realized how right they are. The Galaxy S III IS indeed designed to avoid those lawsuits. They've backed up each point with evidence, and that article is a must-read.
