Motorola Droid - The phone that sparked massive consumer interest in the platform
Samsung Galaxy Nexus - Pure ICS, the true Google Experience
Asus Transformer Prime - This is probably the choice that many of us won't agree with. I think its such a compelling device since the optional keyboard transforms the tablet into a relatively capable laptop with a ton of battery life and several useful ports. Its the first great convergence between tablet and laptop.
