Next Gen MacBook pro battery =???
I'm not sure how Apple is claiming 7 hrs of battery life on these new high res macbook pros. i mean, @ that resolution and only pushing a Nvidia GT650:
The dedicated gpu will be running nearly all the time (or all the time? Can Inte;HD4k support that res?)
All those pixels are expensive to power and light
Plus this "power sleep" where it runs during sleep...
High end Quad core cpu and a fan that's going to have to run a lot to keep it all cool.
While it's a beautiful machine and will be super fast, it just seems like a battery hog the likes of which only have existed in the Windows laptop world in 17" gaming machines.
That being said, it reminds me a lot of the Razer Blade.
