Apple updates add support for new Airport Express, IPv6, and Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
Apple is pushing out a string of updates to its OS X and iOS apps in order to get everything in shape for its new products. Thunderbolt Software Update 1.2 for OS X measures 203KB and adds support for Apple’s new Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. The other updates, AirPort Utility 6.1 for Mac (21.59MB) and 1.1 for iOS (5.4MB), allow you to configure the company’s new simultaneous dual-band Airport Express, and configure your Apple base stations (new and old) to use IPv6. The new software is ripe for download via Software Update and the iTunes App Store, respectively.
