MBP First Buy
So, I am thinking of buying one of the new Macbook Pros (not the next generation, the upgraded models).
I am choosing this over the Air for the faster processor and optical drive. However, I would like solid state storage but don't want to shell out for the next generation MBP or for the upgraded configuration.
My question is this: Would it be smarter (and cheaper) to buy the $1499 13" MBP (with the 750GB Hard Drive) and retrofit it with a SSD? If this is my best option, is it easy to do myself or should I send it away to have it done?
