Apple should stop being a stooge and release better optimized drivers for Windows
I would buy the Airs and MacBook pro's if they could offer better battery-life and more streamlined booting into Windows. Apple makes aesthetic, stable and tactilely pleasant hardware. But I just have no need for OSX and absolutely hate objective C and the dev tools for OSX. Everyone knows they do it on purpose, so would anything other corp in their position I suppose but it's just bitch to consumers that they don't make better Windows drivers for their hardware.
I wish I could just buy a Mac, erase the OS and its install whatever I want on it without seeing a trace of OSX and Apple's brainwashed EFI.
