A macabre collection of Nikon skeletons

Ever wonder what your Nikon DSLR's skeleton looks like? Core77 assembled a series of images from around the web that show the cameras at their most exposed, uncovering all of the attention that goes into their design. A lot of these are available from Nikon, but we spotted a few from the company's Shinjuku showroom in Tokyo as well. The amount of work these must have taken is incredible.
