Will we get aggregated/unified notifications by contact?
Let me explain; I use a variety of apps to communicate with friends/family as I'm sure the majority of you do. Here's a quick list of the big ones:

- Gmail/Email
- Google Talk
- Google Voice
- Google+/Messenger
- SMS
- Facebook/Facebook Messenger
- Foursquare
Will Google ever develop an API or something that allows developers to use such that we can finally get unified notifications and a central "database" of communication when we view a contact?
So as an example, let's say one of my best friends messages me on facebook, texts me, and emails me; if I were to open up their contact page, I would see everything integrated right there, similar to how webOS did it's chat function. Do you think this is coming eventually?
