About the 7.8 WP Update

All the posts I see everywhere mention the Lumia 900. I'm a little confused.

Is the 7.8 update coming to all WP7.5 devices/certain devices/only Lumia 900?

I'm using a 710, anyone know if this is getting the 7.8 update + anything else from Nokia?
