Video streaming site Hulu recently updated its Android app with a few new features, including a wider variety of supported devices and UI tweaks for 7-inch tablets. High-resolution display support has been added to the feature list, along with smaller bug fixes and optimizations. New users can now sign up for a one week trial from within the app, and with the rumors we've been hearing about affordable 7-inch tablets, there could be plenty of fresh faces to give that new feature a try.
