Facebook Voice lets you choose your identity when posting to Pages
Facebook has added yet another useful tool for Page administrators called "Voice." Previously, posting any type of message or adding a "Like" to anything on your Page showed up as an action from the Page's identity by default. With Voice, you now have the added option of publishing as yourself, which should come in handy should you want to express your own opinions as opposed to speaking for the organization as a whole. The Voice option will only appear on your Page's top bar when you select your personal profile from the "Use Facebook As" drop down, and is currently not found on the social network's app or mobile site. The feature can be activated through the Page's Admin Settings under "Posting Preferences."
