A day after updating its Japan portfolio, Fujitsu has announced immediate availability for a number of new products in the US market including the Lifebook U772 Ultrabook, Lifebook UH572 Ultrabook, and its refreshed Lifebook NH532 laptop. Naturally all three devices contain Intel's latest Ivy Bridge processors among other enhancements. While we're sure some will appreciate the updated 17.3-inch desktop replacement NH532 — priced at $749 — we get the feeling most eyes will be drawn to that pair of Ultrabooks. Both models offer three USB ports, an HDMI jack, SD card reader, and HD webcam.

The business-focused Lifebook U772 ($1,149) undoubtedly wins the dimensions game however, featuring a profile measuring .69 inches and weighing in at 3.15 pounds. Unfortunately if a 3G-enabled model is what you're after, that won't be arriving until sometime in Q3. We were also impressed with the looks of the $999 UH572 back at CeBIT, though hopefully buyers won't experience the same build quality concerns we noticed.

The updates don't stop with portables either, as Fujitsu has also unveiled a new lineup of its Esprimo desktop PCs. Among those is the Esprimo Mini PC, with the company highlighting its small footprint, energy efficiency, and near-silent operation. All of this hardware can be purchased at this very moment through Fujitsu's online store, which you'll find at the source below.
