Best 480GB/512GB SSD for my Macbook Pro?

When my grandmother passed away she left me a large sum of money.

Being the nerd I am, I am going to buy a large SSD which is something I typically would never be able to afford.

Currently I have a 500Gb Momentus XT, which helps my 13" 2011 MBP Boot in 25 seconds however its nowhere near an SSD.

With that said, I know nothing about SSD's. My Maximum to spend is around 700$.

I was looking at these 2 drives as a start:

Which is better? Or which SSD should i get with my budget that will be fast and dependable.
