We knew that HBO Go was coming to the Kindle Fire eventually, and now it's official — users of Amazon's tablet can download and install the app as of today. It comes with the same restrictions that HBO Go has on all other platforms: users must be a current HBO subscriber, and their cable company must also decide to bless its customers with access to the app. It's worth noting that all other Android tablets are still unsupported — while HBO has promised that it would upgrade its standard Android app to include tablet support, Kindle Fire users are the only ones with access for now.
