YouTube streaming Bonnaroo music festival live this weekend
Bonnaroo, one of the most prominent music festivals, is being streamed live this year through YouTube. The three-day event, held in Tennessee since 2002, will be covered on the Bonnaroo YouTube channel starting at 12:30pm CDT on Friday. Over the course of the weekend, Radiohead, Foster the People, Phish, and a few dozen other acts will be playing across multiple stages. If you're really worried about missing a set, you can check the schedule and download a calendar event on the page. This isn't the first time Bonnaroo has been streamed live. Last year, music video platform Vevo did the honors. This year, Google's also scored another coup: it's the official social platform of the Republican National Convention and will be streaming events live for that as well. Thom Yorke's stage presence might not be quite on par with Mitt Romney's, but we suppose it's really a matter of preference.
