Wilson Electronics' Sleek 4G-V signal booster for Verizon LTE devices is now available online and in stores across the US. The Sleek 4G-V claims to amplify the 700 MHz LTE band used by Verizon and also improve cellular performance on the 800 and 1900 MHz 2G / 3G bands. We had some time with another, visually identical, Wilson Sleek 4G model back at CES and found that the signal booster was capable of significantly improving the signal strength on a demo unit from -91dB to -31dB. Intended for use in cars and other signal-depleting environments, the Sleek 4G-V is available from a number of Wilson certified resellers for $129.
