Nominations opened this week for the first Internet Cat Video Film Festival, though we hope there will be many more to come. You can nominate up to three of your favorite cat videos from across the internet until July 30th by copying the video URLs into this simple form. After choosing the best of the best, the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis will host a free, hour-long, adorable kitten marathon on August 30th, and every cat-video-lover is invited to join in and watch. It may get a little crowded if every single person who's ever laughed at YouTube videos of cats falling asleep shows up, so if you want to sit this one out — or can't make it to Minneapolis — we suggest holding your own cat video festival at home.
