Siri tip: edit your input
After voicing your Siri query, Siri will do a speech-to-text conversion and present what it thinks you said in a text bubble. You can tap on that text bubble and edit it. Tapping it will turn the bubble white and bring up the keyboard. Edit, then go, and it'll resubmit the query to the Siri AI to interpret.
Still dying for plain jane text entry into Siri. Maybe the rumored 4" 1136 x 640 2012 iPhone display will enable a nice looking keyboard based Siri UI...
