Create USB bootable "Lion Recovery" partition

My recovery partition is toast. It's a long story how it happened (don't EVER buy CampTune), but the fact is that it is literally just gone. I'm only going to have this Mac for a few more weeks, but I'd like to have a recovery drive on hand should something bad happen. I have found tons of guides on how to make a bootable Lion USB drive, but I don't need an entire Lion installation (and the SD card is only 32 GB). Does anyone know how I can create a bootable Lion recovery partition on a USB stick?
