The company behind the Ouya has existed for three months

Greetings,

So I did a simple corporate search on the California Secretary of State's website for the entity behind the Ouya, Boxer8, Inc. I'm afraid I can't link to it directly, but you can run your own search here. Boxer 8 was apparently incorporated in California on March 29, 2012. Julie Uhrman is listed as the agent for service of process.
